Just a 5-minute walk takes you to the large tidal pool known as "Granny's Pool," and an additional 5 minutes brings you to the main Southbroom shark-net-protected swimming beach and lagoon—perfect for surfers, paddlers, windsurfers, and kiteboarders.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate that the Southbroom Golf Course is just 5 minutes away, with the stunning San Lameer golf courses also nearby. For keen cyclists, there are several excellent routes in close proximity.

Wee Ben features a spacious combined dining and living area that opens onto a covered verandah. The rolling front lawn provides an alternative space for relaxation, offering privacy and shelter from the wind. The house accommodates 10 guests across 4 bedrooms—three en-suite with showers, basins, and toilets, and an additional bathroom with an antique claw-foot bath. One bedroom, affectionately known as the "dormitory," has four comfortable single beds. All linen is provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes crockery, cutlery, a dishwasher, a double eye-level oven, a cooking hob, microwave, and ample workspace. There is also a large washing machine and tumble dryer, along with sufficient fridge and freezer space.

For parking and security, the property offers three lock-up garages. Security is enhanced by three garden beams connected to an alarm system monitored by an armed response security company.

Please note, the maximum occupancy is 10 guests, regardless of age or sleeping arrangements.
