Irv’s place has its own path right on the beach, you cannot get closer to the sound of crashing waves. There are 5 bedrooms, all of which are tastefully decorated & the home can sleep a maximum of 10 guests. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with one additional bathroom. The lounge and dining area is spacious, airy and light, with double doors opening onto a covered veranda. This is a perfect place to relax and have meals, whatever the weather.

If you have had enough of the beach, enjoy the secluded and protected garden from your sun lounger with the sea only a stone’s throw away. The kitchen is fully functional, with a stove, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Off the kitchen, there is an enclosed courtyard as well as a fully equipped laundry. Southbroom Main Beach is renowned for its swimming, surfing and canoeing. Only 1km from Irv’s Place is the magnificent Southbroom Golf Course, the pinnacle of the Southbroom area, as well as tennis courts and a bowling green.
